Babette B. Bach, Esq. is an Elder Law Advocate and the founder of Bach Elder Law. Board certified by both the Florida Bar and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (CELA), she is chair of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and has been practicing law for over 25 years.
Fredric C. Jacobs, Esq.
Fred has been an "av" rated attorney since 1976, holds a Masters degree in tax law and is Florida Board Certified in tax law. In addition to practicing law, he teaches estate planning, Federal taxation of estates, trusts and gifts, tax procedure and international taxation as an adjunct law professor at Stetson Law School, St. Petersburg,
Jayne Namerow
Florida Registered Paralegal, graduated from Penn State University and taught elementary school while doing graduate work at West Chester State University. After moving to Geneva, Switzerland where she lived for four years, Jayne studied French and traveled extensively through Europe and the Middle East.
Alice Grainger, CP, FRP
Alice is both a Certified and a Florida Registered Paralegal. She has over 25 years legal experience in the private and corporate setting, and has worked at AT&T and the American Automobile Association – Mid-Atlantic Insurance Companies. She earned a B.A. at Rutgers University, and graduated from New York University’s Paralegal Institute. She served as a volunteer Ombudsman with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs prior to finding a perfect match at Bach Elder Law in 2005. She currently serves at VP of SW Florida Paralegal Association.
Lesli Madaika
Lesli Madaika has worked in the legal field for a number of years, with most of her experience in Probate and Estate Planning, with additional experience in Real Estate, Business and Contract law, and some Litigation. “Of all of the different areas of law, I particularly enjoy working in the field of Elder Law because it provides an opportunity to get to know our clients as we help them,” shares Lesli.
Yuliya Swaim
Yuliya is working as a legal intern at Bach Elder Law for this year before she returns to Stetson University College of Law to earn her American law degree. Yuliya is licensed to practice law in Ukraine. However, the rules of the Florida bar require her to get an American JD degree before she can practice law in the state of Florida.
